Development
The development of an ambulatory surgery center is not
for the timid. It requires significant experience, knowledge, and leadership
during all phases of development. Our objective is to develop financially
successful surgery centers that meet the needs of the physicians, staff, and
patients. It is our belief that these centers should be developed in the
least time possible, at the lowest possible cost, and with the highest level
of quality attainable.
We aid our clients in the development of their ASCs
by leading them through all of the steps necessary to plan, design,
construct, license, Medicare certify, equip, staff, accredit, and operate
the center–more than 600 distinct steps. Our role
doesn’t stop there, however, as we perform a key leadership role in keeping
the project moving ahead on schedule and taking every action possible to
ensure the financial success of the ASC.
